What is a doula? Our role as your doula: is to assist individuals, in labor, to help ensure a safe and satisfying birth experience. We draw upon our knowledge and experience to provide physical, emotional, and informational support to birthing individuals and their birth partners. We are independent and self-employed. As your doula, we are working for you, not for your caregiver or the hospital/birth center
