Superbill
A superbill for you and baby will be provided for out of network coverage. If a superbill is provided for you or baby, a prescription from your pediatrician or healthcare provider for lactation services helps increase the likelihood that insurance will reimburse some or all of the cost of these sessions. After payment is received a form will be sent with ICD codes to be submitted to your insurance company.
